Archbishop-UCCG

Most Reverend Dr. Joseph A. Alexander was ordained in June 1977 in New York City to serve as an Assistant Pastor in the Bronx, New York. In 1982, he pioneered the New Covenant Christian Church and during the following years the church grew rapidly throughout the City leading to the establishment of twenty-seven affiliate churches throughout the United States. In 1999, he was consecrated into the Office of the Bishop by The College of Bishop of the Council of International Charismatic Bishops (CICB), to serve as the Presiding Bishop of the New Covenant Christian Ministries network of Churches worldwide. He was elevated to the office the Archbishop to provide higher of guidance to the global Bishops within the general membership of the Council of International Charismatic Bishops globally.

He obtained a Bachelor of Theology Degree from the American Bible College, Pineland Florida in 1977, a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Sociology from the City University of New York in 1979, a Masters of Arts in Economics in 1982, and a Ph.D. degree program at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York in 1985, and a Doctor of Theology from the Global Theological Seminary in 1989. He has been awarded two honorary Doctor of Divinity and Humanities degrees from the International Christian University in 2003 in recognition of his contributions to Christian Theology and his services impact among the poor communities of the United States and around the world.

He serves as the Chancellor of the University and Lecturer in Philosophy of Christian School Education, Christocracy and all higher levels of theological studies and Church leadership.  His original teaching on wealth creation for governance according to the mandate of the King.


Reverend-M-Alexander

Reverend Mardette I. Alexander is Superintendent of Schools and co-founder of the New Covenant Christian School Global System. She brings considerable expertise in curriculum development, financial management, information technology, instructional scheduling, and academic management. She holds a Masters Degree in Education from Hunter College of the City University of New York, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education from Boston University. She has over twenty-five of teaching experience in Science with the New York City Board of Education. She was ordained as Senior Pastor in the New Covenant Christian Churches USA in November 1999 and works closely with Bishop Alexander and his senior management team to advance the international growth strategy of the educational system of schools.


Bishop-A-Whitenburg

Bishop Adell Whittenburg formerly served as the Southern State Resident Bishop overseeing Church Development and Pastoral Support for the Churches in South Carolina, Mississippi, Texas, George, Florida and Louisiana. As the Jurisdictional Bishop, he reports to Bishop Alexander. Bishop Adell has been in ministry for 26 years and his experience includes administration, church planting, conference speaker, mentoring of pastors, and Christian school developer. Bishop Adell holds a Doctor of Divinity Degree in Christian Education from Benin University International has studied at the Word of Faith Satellite School in Dallas, Texas. With his vast international experience throughout the Caribbean and Africa, he continues to be a tremendous asset to NCCM and the Church in the United States.

Dr. Sybil Whittenburg is Executive Vice President for Crises Intervention and Development. In 2001, Sybil began offering voluntary consulting services to the organization in the area of rapid response to humanitarian crisis throughout the world. Her work includes developing strategies, and establishing processes for securing U.S. based food, medicine, and medical team resources to export to provide disaster recovery ministry. Through her and Bishop Alexander’s leadership, New Covenant has provided rapid response humanitarian resources earthquake victims in India, famine relief ministry in four African countries, disaster relief in countries ravaged by the 2005 Tsunami, and Hurricane Katrina in the United States. On a post Hurricane Katrina assignment for NCCM, Dr. Whittenburg has relocated to the Gulf Coast region of Pass Christian, Mississippi to develop NCCMs new Antioch Dominion Restoration Campus. She has overseen NCCMs purchase of a 17-bedroom mansion standing on 10.5 acres, to develop a campus that will care for the elderly and youth, and serve as counseling and training center for leadership in the community including Pastors. Antioch will also focus on providing training on rebuilding people and infrastructure after the emergency workers are gone. Dr. Whittenburg holds a Masters degree in Psychiatric Social Work from New York University and Doctorate of Philosophy in Religious Studies from New Life Theological Seminary, and Doctor of Divinity in Christian Education the Benin University International.

Bishop Levi Cleare, Jr.  has been a member of the senior management team and Senior Instructor of New Covenant Ambassadors College of Ministries for the past 13-years. He began as Associate Pastor in charge of Facility Management and Care in 1993 after his full ordination. He currently directs a staff of more than 17 Pastors at Dominion Cathedral, and oversees core community services including education, counseling, housing for the homeless, and Pastoral care for thousands of members. He is a graduate of Pensacola Christian College, Pensacola, Florida. He has also completed numerous professional development seminars and workshops in the area of Church Growth/Leadership, and Financial Management of Modern Not-For-Profit Organizations. Bishop Cleare holds a Masters Degree from Ambassador College of Ministries.

Archbishop-Talley

Most Reverend Dr. Maurice Talley received his call to the ministry by Divine Intervention from Jesus Christ in 1976 and began his formal ministry upon entering the US Air Force (USAF) in 1978. Bishop Talley presided over military services in Europe and America while leading the United Kingdom Christian Fellowship, counselled military families, and advised commanders and military leaders during the Gulf War on personnel issues. Dr. Talley completed 33 years of service to the USAF and the tri-state communities. Bishop Talley has served as Pastor of St. Peters Baptist Church in Burlington, NJ since 1997  and is founder of Triumphant Christian Fellowship International. He obtained an Associate Science Degree from Teterboro School of Aeronautics, NJ in 1976; Associate in Applied Science from the Community College of the Air Force, AL in 1993; a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics & Engineering from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, FL in 1997; completed Master of Divinity studies at Eastern Theological Seminary, PA in 2000; Master of Arts in Counselling Services from Rider University, NJ in 2003; Doctorate of Education in Education and Organizational Leadership from Argosy University, AZ in 2012. Bishop Talley serves as the Provost of the University of Christocracy and College of Governance.
