MODERN MISSIONS
This course is designed to give an overall understanding about the necessity of mission, its scope and future missions. How the missionary work changed as well as rural life of humanity. The crisis in the mission work is specially dealt with. The biblical criteria for mission is the basic for this study. The achievements of various missionary agencies in different circumstances is specially discussed and lessons are analyzed. Personalities in the modern mission is also discussed.

LEADERSHIP CRISIS
Based in the Biblical criteria for leadership, the mission leadership is analyzed and special attention is given to the perils of leadership. Leadership problems among both the urban and rural leadership is discussed. The role of culture and lack of understanding about the ground reality is discussed. The need for a Christocentric leadership and guidance of the Holy Spirit in the life of the leader is emphasized.

SPIRITUAL WARFARE
Recognizing the operational technique of the adversary and effectively dealing with it is mainly discussed. The principalities and powers are biblically categorized. Their operational areas are recognized and Biblical strategies are discussed to deal with the situation. The need for specific systematic prayer, Spirit-filled life, etc. are discussed. Personal experiences in accordance with the Word of god is discussed in the class room and lessons are noted.

CHURCH MNAGEMENT AND MODERN TECHNOLOGY
This is a well advanced course in managing affairs of the Church in a most beneficial manner. How the modern techniques can be used. Modern technology and its application in the Church management and how the modern technology can be used to avoid such problems in the management.

CHURCH AND THE FUTURE
This course is designed to give a detailed knowledge about the Church and what important role the Church will be playing in the future. The eschatological position of the Church is discussed in detail. Different phases in the history of the Church is discussed. Different areas such as: Church and the People, Church and the Nations, Church and the earth, Church and the nature, etc., are discussed in the light of modern scientific inventions and developments.

CHRISTIAN SCHOOL AND A SMALL CHURCH
This course is to highlight the advantages and disadvantages of having a Christian School program along with a small local church. After discussing the benefits, the method to be applied is discussed. The possibility of the educational program helping the church growth is looked into different Christian principles for the Christian School program is evaluated.

COMPUTER LITERATURE
This course is to highlight the importance of the computer education. How it can enhance the effective functioning of man is discussed in detail. Limited access is given to the students to have a first hand knowledge about the computer. Different modern developments in the computer is analyzed. This course is intended to enhance the creativity of man with the help of the computer education.

PRAISE AND WORSHIP IN THE MODERN CHURCH
This important course covers the biblical and secular history if music, how music play a key role in the world religions. The necessity of music in the Christian worship and the role of praises of the saints in bringing the power of God to the congregation is emphasized. How church can use the music skills of the individuals for the common benefit of the Church is discussed.

SPECIALIZING EVANGELISM
This course is dealing with special areas of evangelism. What type of evangelism is beneficial in different situations is emphasized. The urban problems and type of evangelistic methods applied in the urban areas is discussed. Different problems and issues of the society is studied and the solution suggested by the scripture and its applicability is analyzed.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY

This course is intended to give necessary knowledge to the individuals about the effective financial management and the importance of accountability. Most modern techniques in management id discussed in the classroom and different methods of accounting is taught. The integrity of a minister is discussed and emphasized
